In case someone experiences a problem same as was me, that was this plugin parsing out the post queries (not flush the rest of its query), just put this line —- wp_reset_query(); —- at line 60 of news_ticker.php
Anyway, this is a good plugin. Thanks to the author.

I tried to change the header and border color to red by using a #hex in the settings and it didn’t work?

Clearly this plugin is not supported to normal wordpress standards. I’ve waited a week, contacted direct to pay for a hurry up.. I can’t lose more development days with no response. I’m very disappointed the least you could have done was told me how to fix it.
